Kalervo Sinervo, Affiliated Researcher

Kalervo Sinervo is an FRQSC postdoctoral scholar at the University of Calgary. He holds a PhD from Concordia University, where he wrote his dissertation on transmedia complexes, videogame spaces, and Gotham City. Kalervo’s work looks at authorship, participatory communities, and pop culture, especially in genre franchises. He lives in Montreal with a nice lade and a fickle cat.
